Our Services

Rooted in compassion, curiosity, and the belief that healing unfolds in relationship.

Individual Therapy

For Adults (18+)

A reflective, spacious hour to turn inward and reconnect with yourself

Sessions support anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship patterns, identity exploration, and the quiet places that need tending.

Therapy draws from mindfulness, somatic awareness, and evidence‑based practices, woven together with a gentle, collaborative approach. Think of it as cultivating an inner landscape where clarity and resilience can take root.

For Teens (Ages 12 and up)

A supportive space for teens navigating the complexities of growing up – emotions that feel too big, school pressures, identity questions, friendships, and early trauma

Sessions blend talk therapy, creative expression, and practical skills.

Caregivers are included in the process while honoring the teen’s autonomy and emerging sense of self.

Session Format

  • 50‑60 minute sessions
  • Telehealth or In-person
  • Weekly or biweekly rhythm*

* Sometimes, in order to really ‘dig in’ to the work, I will offer longer sessions up to 90 minutes and twice weekly sessions for a time that we will jointly agree meet your specific needs.

(Please note: If you are using insurance, this offer may be subject to your insurers approval).

Rootspace Farm Group Programs

At Rootspace Farm, group work unfolds like a small ecosystem – each person bringing their own story, strengths, and questions, and discovering what grows when we tend to healing together. These groups are experiential, relational, and shaped by the rhythms of the farm. After booking, you’ll collaborate with Kelly to design the focus, themes, and intentions for your particular session.

Gathering in community, learning in connection.

Once your group is booked, you’ll connect with Kelly to shape the session’s focus.

You’ll choose the themes, activities, and intentions that best support your group’s needs – whether that’s deepening connection, building skills, or simply creating a shared moment of grounding and growth.

Good Faith Estimate: Your Rights & My Commitment to Transparency

At Inside Out Psychotherapy PLLC, we want you to feel confident and informed about the financial side of your care.

The No Surprises Act is a federal law designed to protect you from unexpected medical bills. It requires that I provide you with clear information about your rights; and because I do not participate with insurance plans, I am considered an out-of-network provider.

What this means for you:

When you schedule your first appointment, I will provide you with a Good Faith Estimate of the costs for my services. This estimate will be included in your intake forms and will clearly list our agreed-upon hourly rate.

I understand that mental health treatment is a deeply personal journey, and it’s often difficult to predict exactly how many sessions you might need. You and I will work together to decide the best path forward for your goals. As your needs evolve, I will always be transparent about your care.

Your Protection:

If you ever receive a bill for services that is at least $400 more than the amount listed in your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute that bill.

For more information about the No Surprises Act or your rights regarding this federal requirement, please visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
